I think it’s a pretty universal rule that you bring a treat to the office on your birthday- and trying to find “healthier” treat, I went with these dark chocolate trail mix bites (thanks to Simply Taralynn!) and they were a hit!
Whole Foods Antioxidant Trail Mix
Dark Chocolate Chips
Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 20-30 seconds to keep it from burning. Put a sheet of wax paper on a cookie sheet and spoon chocolate onto wax paper into 1 or 2 inch circles. Top the chocolate with trail mix and refrigerate at least 2 hours or until hardened.
That’s it! An easy-peasy, healthy-ish treat.
