Hello beautiful! Some days I’m all about eating a huge salad with fresh spinach and greens, but other days- it quite truly sounds like the worst thing ever. On those days, I get creative and find a different way to get my veggies in, like this Spinach & Mango Smoothie.
Talk about easy and delish! The mango and OJ give this smoothie just enough sweetness while getting your daily dose of greens in.
1 C. frozen mango
1/2 C. milk of choice
1/2 C. orange juice
1.5 C fresh spinach
Combine mango and milk in blender and blend until smooth, adding more milk if necessary. Once smooth, add spinach and blend until finely chopped.
